For over twenty years, Jennifer Pliego, LMT has been investigating how gravity affects the body’s structure, the use-of-self, comfort, and performance. Using ideas formed from her study of FM Alexander (The Alexander Technique , certified 2006) and Ida Rolf (Structural Integration, certified 2001), Ms. Pliego has helped clients to mitigate pain, to increase flexibility, and to feel more whole.
